This Website Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains the types of personal information that Motley Fool Investment Analytics, LLC ("MFIA," "we," or "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your legal rights. By using our Website (the "Website"), you acknowledge you have read and understood this Policy.

MFIA is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of The Motley Fool Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings"). Holdings also owns other regulated financial services companies, including Motley Fool Asset Management, LLC (MFAM) as well as The Motley Fool, LLC (TMF).

MFIA IS AN INDEX PROVIDER OPERATING UNDER THE "PUBLISHER'S EXCLUSION" FROM THE DEFINITION OF AN INVESTMENT ADVISER. UNLIKE OUR AFFILIATE MFAM, MFIA IS NOT AN SEC-REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER AND DOES NOT PROVIDE PERSONALIZED INVESTMENT ADVICE OR MANAGE CLIENT ASSETS. THIS WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES REGARDING OUR RULES-BASED INDICES AND METHODOLOGIES.

Categories of Personal Information Collected
